Higher Media

Higher Media offers web, database, and systems integration solutions. Put simply, it is about storing and querying application data reliably.

Who is it for? Mostly developers and data teams. Alongside the main category they mention Database. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Higher Media is based in Austin, Texas. You can read more at highermedia.com.

Things worth asking about: managed options, backups, and scaling costs. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
