BCMMetrics

BCMMetrics provides a comprehensive self-assessment tool to assess BCM program compliance across seven dimensions. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Service Industry. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

BCMMetrics is based in Glendale, Arizona. You can read more at bcmmetrics.com.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
