EagleForce Associates

EagleForce Associates provides IT consulting, ERP, research & development, and enterprise professional services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

EagleForce Associates is based in Herndon, Virginia. Their site is theeagleforce.net.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with EagleForce Associates, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
