IP Infusion

IP Infusion is a leading provider of intelligent network software solutions for enhanced IP services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention ISP and Network Hardware. As a mid-sized company team themselves (201 to 500 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

IP Infusion is based in Sunnyvale, California. More on ipinfusion.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with IP Infusion, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
