Merchco Services, Inc.

Merchco Services is a retail company providing store development and support services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Merchco Services, Inc. is based in San Antonio, Texas and founded in 1997. Their site is merchcoservices.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
