NuWave Technologies

NuWave Technologies is the developer of applications, platforms, and web services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Business Development, Consulting and Project Management. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

NuWave Technologies is based in Nashua, New Hampshire and founded in 1999. You can read more at nuwavetech.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with NuWave Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
