EAM Expert

EAM Expert provides implementation, data services, training, customizations and reporting services for maintenance management software. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention IT Management, Management Consulting and Training. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

EAM Expert is based in San Diego, California and founded in 2002. More on eamexpert.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
