York Innovations

York Innovations Inc. offers software solutions and workforce services for large firms, focusing on staff augmentation. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Human Resources and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

York Innovations is based in Alpharetta, Georgia. Their site is yorkinnovations.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with York Innovations, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
