Assessment Evaluation Services

Assessment Evaluation Services offers county assessors with software solutions to manage their businesses. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Assessment Evaluation Services is based in San Diego, California. Their site is aesadvantage.net.

Before you commit, look at portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Assessment Evaluation Services, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
