IT Layer

IT Layer offers IT solutions including infrastructure procurement, IT support, and ERP software procurement. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Software Engineering, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

IT Layer is based in San Mateo, California. Their site is itlayer.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
