Rendering House

Rendering House specializes in architectural visualization including renderings, animations, web apps, and websites. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Alongside the main category they mention Architecture, Real Estate and Residential. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Rendering House is based in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Their site is renderinghouse.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
