Mini Technologies

Mini Technologies focuses on consulting, technology, and outsourcing, and specialization takes us to provide affordable, value-driven. In practice that means posting jobs, collecting applicants and moving them through interviews.

The natural audience is recruiters and hiring managers. They also list Consulting, Outsourcing, Service Industry, Staffing Agency and Training, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small product team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mini Technologies is based in Troy, Michigan and founded in 2009. Their site is minitechnologies.net.

Before you commit, look at job board syndication, interview scheduling, and reporting. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Mini Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
