ARC-One Solutions

ARC-One Solutions is an IT company that specializes in software development, IT consulting, and quality management services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a mid-sized team, 51 to 200 people, which usually shapes who they work with.

ARC-One Solutions is based in Miramar Beach, Florida. More on arc-one.com.
