Erksoft

Erksoft is a software development and web content management company. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Information Services and Web Development. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Erksoft is based in Santa Clara, California. You can read more at erksoft.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Erksoft, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
