Mockup Machine

Mockup Machine is a software services company that offers UI/UX, design, development, and quality assurance services. The job it does: designing and building iOS and Android apps.

Who is it for? Mostly businesses launching or rebuilding an app. They also list Quality Assurance and UX Design, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Mockup Machine is based in Carlsbad, California. Their site is mockupmachine.com.

Our checklist for this category: portfolio quality, app store experience, and maintenance terms. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
