MindXtract

MindXtract is an information technology and services. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Oil and Gas, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

MindXtract is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at mindxtract.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
