Luma

Luma provides a platform for people to host virtual classes, record live shows, educate, and find their communities via Zoom. Put simply, it is about solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Event Management, Media and Entertainment and Video Conferencing. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Luma is based in San Francisco, California. Their site is lu.ma.

Our checklist for this category: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Luma, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
