Diamond Technologies

Diamond Technologies is a company that provides application management services to businesses. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Advice, Cloud Computing, Consulting, IT Management and Management Consulting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Diamond Technologies is based in Wilmington, Delaware. You can read more at diamondtechnologies.com.
