CallParty

Facebook chat bot that sends prompts with scripts to call your Members of Congress about issues affecting our democracy. That is the short version of CallParty. Put simply, it is about answering common questions automatically and routing the rest to people.

It makes the most sense for support teams with high volume. They also list Association and Chatbot, so expect those to show up in the feature set.

CallParty is based in New York, New York. More on callparty.org.

Before you commit, look at training sources, accuracy on your own docs, and escalation paths. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know CallParty well, your review carries weight here.
