AustinGIS

AustinGIS is a digital transformation company that provides internet of things technology services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Internet of Things. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

AustinGIS is based in Austin, Texas and founded in 2021. Their site is austin-gis.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with AustinGIS, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
