Gologic Technologies

Gologic Technologies offers IT services and specializes in messaging and data exchange software solutions. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Technical Support, Web Design and Web Development. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gologic Technologies is based in Flanders, New Jersey and founded in 1999. More on gologic.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with Gologic Technologies, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
