Elite Technology Solutions

Elite Technology Solutions, LLC offers IT support, network management, and cloud solutions. In practice that means turning support emails and chats into tickets with owners, priorities and SLAs.

Who is it for? Mostly support teams from two people to hundreds. Related areas on their profile: Customer Service, Cyber Security and Technical Support. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Elite Technology Solutions is based in Huntsville, Alabama and around since 2017. Their site is elitetechus.com.
