Recovers

Recovers is a software company making disaster preparedness and recovery smarter. Put simply, it is about assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

The natural audience is companies without a full security team. They also list Charity, Communities, GovTech and Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Recovers is based in San Francisco, California and around since 2011. You can read more at recovers.org.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
