Eagle Software Group

Software development and consulting. That is the short version of Eagle Software Group. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

Who is it for? Mostly small and mid-sized companies. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Eagle Software Group is based in Fairfax, Virginia and around since 1992. You can read more at esgi.com.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

If you have worked with Eagle Software Group, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
