W&K Systems

W&K Systems is an IT firm that provides managed services, SAAS solutions and big data analytics services. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. Related areas on their profile: Analytics, Big Data and Business Intelligence. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

W&K Systems is based in Princeton, New Jersey and around since 2009. Their site is wksystems.net.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
