Waterfall Software

Waterfall Software is a company that offers cloud-based business management platform for businesses and enterprises. Put simply, it is about building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Waterfall Software is based in Greenbelt, Maryland and founded in 2011. More on waterfallsoftware.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
