Shovel Apps

Shovel apps is a web platform that lets you create awesome e-commerce mobile applications for Android and iOS in just a few minutes. Put simply, it is about designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce and Mobile. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Shovel Apps is based in San Jose, California. More on shovelapps.com.
