Baydin

Baydin is an organization that provides the excellent electronic mail and additionally supporting microsoft exchange for clients. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Baydin is based in Mountain View, California. Their site is baydin.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Baydin well, your review carries weight here.
