SourceMob

SourceMob is developing software products for the recruitment sector. In practice that means keeping employee records, time off and documents in one system.

It makes the most sense for HR teams and growing companies. They also list Human Resources and Recruiting, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

SourceMob is based in Wayzata, Minnesota. Their site is sourcemob.com.

Things worth asking about: payroll integration, onboarding workflows, and self-service. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
