Resolution Energy Services

Resolution Energy Services provides staff and consulting services to the upstream oil and gas industry. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. Related areas on their profile: Consulting, Energy and Oil and Gas. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Resolution Energy Services is based in Houston, Texas. You can read more at resolutionenergyservices.com.

Before you commit, look at response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
