Foster Design

Foster Design is a recruiting agency specializing in technical and engineering fields. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Recruiting and Staffing Agency, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Foster Design is based in Wichita, Kansas and around since 1964. Their site is fosterdes.com.
