TBD Solutions

TBD Solutions specializes in project and process management, technology planning and solutions, and consultation services. Put simply, it is about managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Management Consulting and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

TBD Solutions is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan and founded in 2010. Their site is tbdsolutions.com.
