Independents Fiber Network

Independents Fiber Network is a fiber network provider that provides ethernet connectivity and data services. The job it does: managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

The natural audience is small and mid-sized companies. They also list Network Hardware, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Independents Fiber Network is based in Wapakoneta, Ohio and around since 2003. You can read more at ifnetwork.biz.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Independents Fiber Network well, your review carries weight here.
