Iceberg Technology

Iceberg Technology provides ERP solution, SaaS solution, and business analysis services. In practice that means managing your IT, from help desk to infrastructure, as an outside partner.

It makes the most sense for small and mid-sized companies. They also list Consulting, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Project Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a mid-sized company team themselves (51 to 200 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best.

Iceberg Technology is based in Shakopee, Minnesota and around since 2004. Their site is iceberggroup.org.

Things worth asking about: response SLAs, onboarding, and what is billed per hour. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Iceberg Technology well, your review carries weight here.
