Optevo

Optevo is a cloud-based (SaaS) Collaborative work management (CWM) platform. In practice that means running projects, docs and workflows in one shared workspace.

The natural audience is teams that want fewer tools. They are a small team, 11 to 50 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Optevo is based in Denver, Colorado and around since 2016. Their site is optevo.com.
