ShiftNote

ShiftNote is software aimed at businesses to facilitate employee shift scheduling. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

The natural audience is teams in its space. Alongside the main category they mention Hospitality and Restaurants. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

ShiftNote is based in Shawnee Mission, Kansas and around since 2008. More on shiftnote.com.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.
