Activity Link Systems

Activity Link Systems is a provider of software for the activity industry. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Activity Link Systems is based in Kahului, Hawaii. Their site is activitylinksystems.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
