Galactix Software

Galactix Software is the team sports scheduling system. Put simply, it is about building staff schedules and letting people swap shifts without chaos.

The natural audience is retail, hospitality and healthcare teams. Related areas on their profile: Scheduling and Sports. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Galactix Software is based in Seattle, Washington. Their site is galactix.com.

Things worth asking about: labor rules, mobile apps, and time clock features. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know Galactix Software well, your review carries weight here.
