BlissLabs

BlissLabs is an organization that creates and maintains operating systems and software to help with e-waste problems. In practice that means solving a specific business problem with software.

It makes the most sense for teams in its space. They also list Non Profit, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

BlissLabs is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Their site is blisslabs.org.

Things worth asking about: pricing, support, and how it fits with the tools you already use. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with BlissLabs, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
