Harmonic mix

Harmonic mix is a software development and business solution firm provides software installation & maintenance, backups & restores services. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

The natural audience is companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Harmonic mix is based in Crystal Lake, Illinois. You can read more at harmonicmix.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
