New Digital IT

New Digital IT provides digital transformation solutions. In practice that means building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

It makes the most sense for companies with a specific process to automate. They also list Professional Services and Service Industry, so expect those to show up in the feature set. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

New Digital IT is based in Pasadena, California. Their site is newdigitalit.com.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Ask for a trial on your own data, not a canned demo.

Every review on Revaw shows how it was verified, so if you know New Digital IT well, your review carries weight here.
