Gig City Cloud

Here is Gig City Cloud in plain terms. GigCityCloud offers cloud backup solutions, emphasizing data security, recovery, and freedom for businesses. The job it does: assessing, monitoring and responding to security threats on your behalf.

It makes the most sense for companies without a full security team. They also list Cloud Data Services, Cloud Management and Cloud Security, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small company team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Gig City Cloud is based in Chattanooga, Tennessee and around since 2015. More on gigcity.cloud.

Things worth asking about: response times, what is included in monitoring, and reporting. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.

If you have worked with Gig City Cloud, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
