Party Track

Party Track is a computer software company for tent rental, party and linen rental. In practice that means leases, rent, maintenance and tenant communication.

The natural audience is property managers and landlords. Related areas on their profile: Rental and Rental Property. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Party Track is based in Clermont, Florida. You can read more at partytrack.com.

Things worth asking about: online payments, screening, and accounting. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
