Icon

Icon is a software development company. The job it does: keeping every contact, deal and follow-up in one place so nothing slips.

The natural audience is sales teams and founders who are tired of spreadsheets. Related areas on their profile: Cloud Management, Consulting, CRM, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Mobile Apps. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Icon is based in Washington, New Jersey. Their site is icontechnicalgroup.com.

Before you commit, look at pipeline stages, email sync, mobile app, and what reporting costs extra. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
