Applications Quest

Applications Quest is a software company, which helps the institutions to enable flexibility and manage the increasing applications. Put simply, it is about running multi-step campaigns that react to what people do.

Who is it for? Mostly marketing teams with more than one channel. They also list Developer Platform, Information Services and Marketing, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Applications Quest is based in Fairfax, Virginia. More on applicationsquest.org.

Before you commit, look at CRM integration, lead scoring, and how fast the learning curve is. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
