Facemail

Facemail is an innovative service that can help you create, edit and manage your signatures in email correspondence. The job it does: building software for you when nothing off the shelf fits.

Who is it for? Mostly companies with a specific process to automate. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

Facemail is based in Menlo Park, California. You can read more at facemail.click.

Things worth asking about: portfolio relevance, who owns the code, and how they handle changes. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
