formsRus

formsRus is an online document solution that creates, organizes, stores your most important business documents in a particular place. Put simply, it is about running an online store from catalog to checkout.

It makes the most sense for retailers and brands. Alongside the main category they mention E-Commerce. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

formsRus is based in Cranston, Rhode Island. Their site is formsrus.com.

Things worth asking about: transaction fees, themes, and app ecosystem. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.

If you have worked with formsRus, tell the next buyer what you paid and what surprised you. That is the part of this page we cannot write.
