PPAI OrderTrax2

Here is PPAI OrderTrax2 in plain terms. Essent is the leading provider of business management software solutions to the promotional products industry. In practice that means planning and tracking goods from supplier to customer.

It makes the most sense for manufacturers and distributors. They also list Supply Chain Management, so expect those to show up in the feature set. As a very small product team themselves (1 to 10 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. Small vendors mean quick answers and real influence on the roadmap, but check who covers support when someone is out.

PPAI OrderTrax2 is based in Irving, Texas. Their site is ordertrax2.com.

Things worth asking about: supplier portals, forecasting, and ERP integration. A short pilot with your real data tells you more than any demo.
