Pirate Labs

Pirate Labs is the creator of customer-focused products and services. Put simply, it is about designing and building websites and web apps.

The natural audience is companies that need a site that works and ranks. Related areas on their profile: Computer Vision, E-Commerce and Product Design. They are a very small team, 1 to 10 people, which usually shapes who they work with. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Pirate Labs is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Their site is piratelabs.co.

Things worth asking about: portfolio, CMS choice, and who maintains it afterwards. Get the renewal terms in writing before the first invoice.
