Prudent Software Services

Prudent Software Svcs. offers IT consulting, staffing, software development, QA, testing, and enterprise test automation services. In practice that means designing and building iOS and Android apps.

It makes the most sense for businesses launching or rebuilding an app. Alongside the main category they mention Consulting, Project Management and Staffing Agency. As a small company team themselves (11 to 50 people), they tend to serve customers of a similar scale best. You will probably talk to the people who build it, which is great until you need 24/7 support.

Prudent Software Services is based in San Diego, California. More on prudentglobal.com.
